We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags and packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Our exchange policy allows for eligible items to be exchanged within 14 days of order delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For detailed information, please see our Exchange Policy.
